The Resource Industry Network is pleased to host a live webcast of the 10th annual QRC/Women in Mining and Resources Queensland (WIMARQ) Resources Awards for Women from Brisbane.

Come join us for breakfast and also hear keynote speaker Dr Kirstin Ferguson, who was named by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia's top 100 influential women in 2014.

Kirstin is a non-executive director on a number of publicly listed, private company and government boards and has been involved with the mining and resources sector for many years.

In her most recent executive role she was CEO of an international organisation working within the sector, and now sits on the boards of Leighton Holdings Ltd and SunWater Ltd.

Kirstin has previously been chairman of the Thiess Advisory Board and a director of Dart Energy Ltd.

She is a Sir Winston Churchill Fellow, the current QUT Colin Brain Corporate Governance Fellow and was previously named Australian Institute of Management’s Brisbane Young Manager of the Year.
